General shipping & delivery notes

At, we strive to ship your order within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Despite our best efforts, inventory, shipping and other matters beyond of our control occasionally hold up an order. For this reason, any statements regarding average shipping times should not to be viewed as a guarantee that a product will ship on a specific day.

Please note order processing begins weekdays at 7 am (EST). Orders placed later, including those with express shipping, may not be processed until the following weekday.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The tracking number will be sent via email as soon as the products left our warehouse. Partial shipments are not an option at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or any military or diplomatic addresses (APO / FDO / DPO). Furthermore, our service partner does not deliver on weekends. Warehouse pick-ups are not possible.

We strive to calculate availability times conservatively, but cannot foresee all potential difficulites which may arise. In the event of delayed delivery, we will inform you as soon as updates are available to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

FedEx Ground Service

This is the default option for shipments; it services every urban and rural address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
Average delivery time is 5-7 business days, with guaranteed delivery dates for commercial addresses. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days.

FedEx express shipping services

Express shipping refers to the shipping time provided by our delivery partner and not to the processing time of an order. Please note also, that our delivery partners do not deliver on weekends. Your order must be received by 7 am (EST) on a weekday (excluding holidays) in order to ship the same day. 

FedEx service "signature upon delivery"

All orders shipped with FedEx are required to include the signature upon delivery option. This is to help protect your order in the event of lost or non-delivered parcels, as otherwise the customer would be responsible for any losses.

Shipment to Canada with USPS

Canadian customers may be charged import duties upon receiving their goods. These fees are charged by our delivery partner; we have no influence on the amount incurred. Please keep all paperwork included in your delivery in case you need to return an item. You can apply to have your duties returned to you via the Casual Refund Program. Should you need to dispute a charge, you can learn more via this link. You will be required to provide a copy of the original invoice and submit a form providing the relevant details.

The transit from the US to Canada takes about 10 days. Some items may be delayed if held by Canadian customs for additional inspection. We are unable to provide you with details from Canada Post regarding the status of your customs inspection, as they provide no information on specific items awaiting inspection. Once the customs clearance is completed, items are handed over to Canada Post for delivery.

• As soon as your shipment is in transit, USPS International does not allow any change of the delivery address.

• Customers are responsible for any taxes, handling, customs and/or duty fees imposed by their country on imported products.
