Guarantee of satisfaction

Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at www.fanatec.com within 14 days from receipt.

Return policy

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs included in your order (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods returned.This repayment will be effected using your original payment method; in no case will you be charged any fees by Fanatec/Endor as a result of this repayment. There may, however, be deviations in the refunded amount based on the current exchange rate.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are refunded only if you return your complete order
  • Bundles/sets must be returned in full (no partial bundle returns)
  • Returns may not be possible for certain (limited time) deals, discounts or other offers

The customer must pay for the return if the delivered goods. If you return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, Corsair shall takes over the shipping costs. Please note Corsair can only refund the expense for the standard shipping, not express upgrades. 

Returns must be initiated within two weeks of receiving your goods. 

Canadian customers may be charged import duties upon receiving their goods. These fees are charged by our delivery partner; we have no influence on the amount incurred. If you kept all paperwork included in your delivery, you can apply to have your duties returned to you via the Casual Refund Program.

Damaged or defective products

Goods that were defective upon arrival may be returned within the fourteen-day withdrawal period free of charge. Please open a support ticket for the product(s) in question to receive further processing and return instructions under https://fanatec.com/us-en/myproducts.

 

We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than www.fanatec.com.
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. 

FANATEC products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

If possible, please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage. Upon processing your return request, we will provide an RMA number, which should be placed on the exterior of the package prior to shipping the items back, if possible. However, these are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

 

Refunds

Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Payment will be made once Corsair has received and processed your returned item.
Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Corsair cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

 

For returns from countries outside the United States, you additionally bear the cost of any fees, such as customs duties in particular. The aforementioned costs will be offset against the payment you have already made and the resulting difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
