Rev-Leds and other Fanatec features need special support from the game which has to be implemented by the game developer. Since the DD1 PS4 (Wheel Base of the Podium Racing Wheel F1 PS4) is brand new, not all games can detect the new product right away. Using the compatibility modes, you should be able to enable and use those extended features also in games which do support those functions, but did not yet implement the DD1 PS4 wheel base:
