The Impact of Brexit on the United Kingdom

Brexit

What does Brexit mean for UK customers?

As a result of the Brexit, UK customers now have to pay both VAT and customs fees. These will not be charged at the time of purchase, rather you will be invoiced directly by our delivery partner UPS once your order has shipped. Fanatec has no influence on these charges or rates.

If you are a VAT-registered business located in the UK, you do not need to enter your VAT number.

The following link provides additional details on the Brexit-related declaration of goods, as well as information on other taxes and duties:

Returns and Repairs

As of January 1, 2021, all repairs will be processed in the UK, to keep costs for our customers at a minimum. Please always await instructions and shipping information from a Fanatec customer service representative prior to returning a product.
Please keep the original export declaration (shipping paperwork) in case you decide to return a product; you may qualify to receive a refund on import duties paid. Learn more about this here.
