F1 2020 Game Key FAQ

PS4 game key:

The game is currently not available for pre-order. We are waiting for approval from Sony Interactive Entertainment. We are not able to estimate when or if the game key will be available through our website.

Add PS4 game key:

It is not possible to add game keys to an order which has already been placed. The moment the PS4 key becomes available you can only acquire the key with a new order.

Change the game key:

It is not possible to change the platform of the game key that you have ordered. If you selected the wrong version you need to cancel your order and create a new one.

Add game key to orders:

Unfortunately, due to technical reasons it is not possible to add game keys to existing orders. If for some reason the game key is not in your order you will have to cancel the current order and make a new one with the game key.

Digital game keys explained:

The game key will be provided as a digital access key which allows you to download the game once it is available. 

• There will be no hardcopy included with the shipping.
• A limited number of keys were made available for this offer. Once they are sold out, they will not return.
